I think Barr said that. Regardless, Mueller was bound by DOJ policy which said he could not indict a sitting President, period. What he did not say or imply is he did not recommend in indictment or even as an unindicted conconspirator. That is the record. If this Aholemash thinks otherwise he is free to make his own conclusions AS TO WHAT HE WOULD DO, not what he thinks Mueller could have otherwise done.

This guy is a clown. Mueller contradicted himself and Amash is either too stupid to see it or is purposefully ignoring the contradiction. There was “insufficient evidence” of obstruction. That means the President is innocent in our system of justice.....period. Also, Mueller’s jumbled statement re: the reason he couldn’t make a recommendation on obstruction because of DOJ policy is contradictory because under that assumption, he would have been precluded from issuing a recommendation on collusion, had there been any. / rant over.
