Things don’t always go as planned. I hate for any more children to be aborted, but pushing to the Supreme Court just because a new person is on it doesn’t mean a thing. How many times in the past 60 years have any ‘conservative’ or Republican appointed judges stayed true to their principles. Scalia and Thomas are the only ones.
Great point. The Left does have a proclivity for getting into these conflicts.
One example is the way their open borders agenda conflicts with their pro union agenda. Another is the way their anti-religion claim of being the “party of science” conflicts with their decidedly non-scientific dogmas regarding such topics as man made climate change, gender identification and when life begins.
Hopefully, it will be their undoing.

I count six states with newish laws that the federal courts will be asked to deal with. 3 have already reached federal court.*
About 10 states have a 20-week ban, which appears to be heading to court.
So the Supremes have really narrowed “Dread Scott” to only allowing a woman to have human beings as property...
