Time Magazine columnist Ian Bremmer on Sunday tweeted a quote from President Donald Trump about North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un that quickly went viral — but it wasn’t real.
“President Trump in Tokyo: ‘Kim Jong Un is smarter and would make a better President than Sleepy Joe Biden.'” Bremmer wrote on Twitter.
While Trump did praise the North Korean dictator’s insult of former Vice President Joe Biden, the president never said what Bremmer quoted him saying — because Bremmer made it up.

A simpler rule of thumb is that if it's in the press, it is misleading or outright fiction. They lie so fast, it is literally impossible to keep up.

Did not like what Trump actually said
“Kim Jong-Un made a statement that Joe Biden is a low IQ individual. He probably is based on his record. I think I agree with him on that,” Trump said.
Trump was asked if he is siding with a dictator over a fellow citizen and former U.S. vice president. Trump responded that he doesn’t take sides and, on foreign soil, went on to call the Obama administration a “disaster.”
“I can tell you that Joe Biden was a disaster, his administration with President Obama, they were basically a disaster when it came to so many things,” the president said. “Whether it was economy, whether it was military, defense, no matter what it was. They had a lot of problems. So I’m not a fan.”

Well, if ordinary people cannot see for themselves just how despicable Trump (and all Republicans) are, then it is up to the media to show us by inventing fake but true statements to put into his mouth. Because everyone knows this is what he’s thinking.

Funny(??), the other day I was ‘researching’ something else and though what I was looking for had nothing to do with NBC news, on the front page was the article of NBC highlighting the Archdiocese ‘apology’ for the students actions. and the picture shown was the one where ‘the kid’ was supposedly smirking at him....’
Of course, all of us sardonic/sarcastic types know that a smirk can be ‘confused’ with a WTF look when one is confronting a fool.
