I started paying attention to politics and the culture war a couple of decades ago. I entered law enforcement in a major city and started to see how things worked. The patronage jobs, cronyism, nepotism, corruption. But also, working in a poor part of the city, how different my life was compared to others. And, of course, since clinton we’ve all witnessed the gradual descent into the gutter on the cultural level.

First we had OWS, a bunch of rich kids that had no idea what they were protesting, all why wearing NorthFace and walking around with iPhones and iPads. And it’s been a downhill ride ever since. Now, not only do we still have the protesters, some of who can get very violent and destructive, we also have the “liberal hipsters” that live in their lily white, hipster neighborhoods with other hipsters and the LBGTQ crowd and they all live happily ever after. They’re all so enlightened compared to the rest of us, right?

Only problem is, if you tell them it’s time to live by the policies they supposedly support(immigration being one of them), the fangs come out. They all talk a good game about tolerance and inclusiveness, as long as none of that interferes in their lives of spoken word at the coffee shop and the latest micro-brew down the street.

My point to all of this, I used to think that the Right, Conservatives, Right of Center, Right Leaning Libertarian types, could actually live with the Left. That their side can stake a claim to their side of the street. The other side could stake a claim to the other and the two side could live in relative harmony.

Basically...You don’t bother me, I won’t bother you.

It is simply not possible. It can never happen. They are the most intolerant group of people on the planet. And that is saying something given a certain demographic, mainly from the Middle East that is rather intolerant. The two sides are completely and totally incompatible. The country either needs a civil war and a Purge, or it just needs to break up as that Russian economist predicted. Let the folks on the coast have their thing, their liberal utopia’s. And let the rest of us have ours.

They are the most intolerant group of people on the planet.

Add this to the equation: they are control freaks. They cannot simply agree to disagree, but rather they DEMAND that you conform to their worldview.

They all talk a good game about tolerance and inclusiveness, as long as none of that interferes in their lives of spoken word at the coffee shop and the latest micro-brew down the street.

Require they send their children to the public schools their stupid policies have created. Then you'll see...
