None of them, Brennan, Comey, or Felonia herself are going to GTMO, nor should you want them to. The whole point of GTMO is to be able to avoid pesky Constitutional rights being extended to foreign terrorists captured on foreign soil. The idea of American citizens being shipped off to a prison on foreign soil and being thereby stripped of their Constitutional rights by their own government should send chills down your spine, no matter what their crimes.

Can’t say I disagree with either of the above. And the writ of habeas corpus can be suspended, but you have to know that unless something really bad happens, if President Trump were to attempt it, the Dems in the House would likely easily impeach him for it.

The suspension of the habeas corpus would be several bridges too far and I think the President knows it.

Yes! I want to see pictures of all those invaders who are kept in a warehouse near my neighborhood flown and dropped in their countries!!!
