Pitiful. Some US Catholic Bishops are ignorant the seriousness of the crimes they are hiding. They do not realize that if the crimes are real, then church property will be confiscated. Either allow the police to look through files or step aside and watch the police take the church. Many Bishops are clueless.

Many contemporary protestants have foolishly spent lots of time and energy hating Catholics not realizing they are playing right into the Left’s hands. Maybe now that other churches are being targeted they’ll catch on.
