I think if Trump wins and we get a truly Republican Congress, Disney may spin off ABC and ESPN to avoid antitrust litigation.

Unlike Comcast, Disney doesn’t control the Internet infrastructure.
If there’s something to be broken up, it should be Comcast and ATT — they shouldn’t be in a position to control both the infrastructure and the message.
Comcast owns no less than NBC, MSNBC
ATT now owns CNN
Regarding Disney, it owns ABC/news. It’s no friend of conservatives nor Christians
