this problem has been obvious for a very long time (some kids abused in foster care or being put back by courts with abusive/neglectful parent(s), many social workers not really doing a thorough jub and following” system instead of doing what is right or best in some situations). Glad if it’s actually being exposed and something can be done.

I don’t think the govt should be overseeing this, it should be good and decent God-fearing churches having systems of helping families and kids. God has the best answers for these sorts of situations (and everything else).

The churches are too busy bringing in more 3rd world “refugees”, including children who will end up in the cps system.

You might want to be careful when suggesting churches are always some sort of God-sanctioned safe haven for kids...
