Rush mentioned a Never Trump 3rd party effort by either Sasse or Romney to deny Trump the election. He said it will destroy the Republican Party and that they don’t care. Neither do I, and if Donald Trump’s legacy is the destruction of Bush, Clinton and the Republican Party I’ll consider that a roaring success.

Under the Clinton’s there was talk of a religions awakening. It was my thought that the Clinton’s would exploit that and turn it into something the Devil would love.
The Deep State is alive and well in the R.P. We don’t know who they all are. They would rise up to screw over any new effort to oppose Leftist anarchy.
I tend to think the GOP will weather it and be remade. Never-Trump is the set of people who were expecting a GOP Savior President with a set of brilliant intellectual ideas. And Trump the past playboy and high roller and repeated bankruptcy case isn’t at all from that sort of background. Trump got a vision from God in the midst of his wallowing in the mud, and he went forward in that vision. This is going to dawn on more and more Never-Trumps.
