...assembling shotguns, pistols, hunting rifles and AR-15-style semiautomatics...Seems like 9 out of 10 times, if the article uses "semiautomatic" as a noun instead of an adjective, you're reading gun control propaganda in a liberal rag (like the NYT). Kind of funny...
