I’ve heard that many large-city libraries are “hot spots” for homosexual pickups, and mine is no exception. The Yelp review of it was very revealing. Besides being homeless havens, these libraries have lots of hidden aisle where pervs can proposition each other. The hook-up apps have only made it worse.
