Yes, only Crewed Dragon has SuperDraco engines. However, they share a common fuel source with the (un-super)Draco thruster system...

...which is also used by Cargo Dragon. Which is supposed to launch to the ISS in under a week.

The Dracos have a perfect safety record, and, in general, hypergolics have decades of use in spaceflight. They are extremely stable when they are are in the tanks.

Fuel tank sizes, locations, and pressures may also make Dracos safer than Superdracos.
