I’ve been saying that right from the get-go when it was reported that Christopher Steele, a “former” MI6 officer and previous head of the MI6 Russia desk, provided the “dossier” to the Clinton campaign, the FBI , CIA, etc. ANY cooperation and assistance the Obama administration (yes, the administration and the Kenyan himself) received from MI6 was given with the full knowledge and complicity of not only MI6, but also the prime minister’s office. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a damned fool.

I think Christopher Steele received the ‘dossier’ from Nellie Ohr, FBI Bruce Ohr’s wife that worked for FUSION GPS. I believe she wrote it.
She speaks fluent Russian, was their ‘Russian Expert’. She met with Steele.
She gave it to him, so he could disseminate the fake crap thru his contacts, giving it a patina of credibility.
