Same as when “generic Democrat presidential candidate” is polled alongside DJT for 2020. “x% say they’d vote for D”. Put a name to D and votes disappear.
Thanks GuavaCheesePuff. Doesn't matter: number one, the Demwits are going to lose, and number two, the size, shape, shade, and preferred fake gender designation is unimportant, it's their policies that are anti-American, bigoted, wrongheaded, and often just plain evil.
The Democrats are now facing the results of their identity politics. They have so compartmentalized their base into a ridiculous array of racial and gender groups each pitted against the other for power that there can be no one unifying face of the party. We have already seen candidates like Beto who are groveling and beating their breasts to apologize for their original sin of being born white straight and male.
To “Democrats”, it does not matter what sort of accomplishments a candidate has, but what diversity and SJW boxes are ticked off and how many. We saw that mentality with the nomination of Zero, the Hero in His Own Mind.
I expect the Democrats will come to grief with their elevation of identity politics over meritocracy. Affirmative action seems mild when nothing immediate is at stake. It will be a lesson too late for the learning.
