It's not race that democrats discriminate against is culture. When the Klan was the militant arm of the Democrat party they didn't discriminate based on race it was culture. As about 30% of the Klan victims where white republicans.

Today it's no different. The "Drinking fountain" was a place to socialize which is why some cultures where not allowed near it. Today they call it "safe spaces" which has exactly the same affect.
