Their intent with this never-ending charade is to make Trump look vindictive and like he is covering something up, thus making it hard or impossible for Trump to fight back and investigate the [phony] “investigators.”
Unfortunately, that's not how it came out. Mueller said there was no evidence of collusion or a crime, but he didn't exonerate him on obstruction.
The worst thing is this stands 2,000 years of democratic jurisprudence on its head. No defendant in any court should ever have to prove his innocence. No court is ever charged to exonerate a defendant. The only thing a court should and can say is "not guilty" and then shut up. This has been pointed out repeatedly by Rush, Giuliani, Steyn, and many others in the past 24 hours, but it falls on the willfully deaf ears of the MSM.

Trump exposed the current hierarchy of the media as being unworthy of their positions and of any public adoration. That’s why they hate him. He treats them with the respect they truly deserve.
I’d wager good money that a great number of those in the media hierarchy got their positions either by unethical and unabashed self-promotion and backbiting, or by the same kinds of ‘connections’ and actions that led to the recent meltdown about cheating in college admissions.
It galls them that after all that effort and ‘sacrifice’ getting to a position that they thought would give them extraordinary stature, they have been outed as not even being good at their job.
When the TRUTH about Hillary and her supporters becomes imminent, expect the Left to explode in utter madness. They will know that Obama is next.
