Time to send illegal aliens to sanctuary cities. Speed up the process.

Will the 9th Circus uphold secession?

It means the State, can choose which laws they want to enforce. The catch is, that the Feds can withhold law enforcement fed funding for non compliance.

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said the court ruling allows states' rights and the 10th Amendment to thrive.

BS! Arizona tried to protect its state sovereignty from illegals but that SOB Kenyan personally shut that down with the court and Fedgov's "right". The left is using the Constitution against itself. California is not a state anymore but a colonized territory.

McConnell needs to bring up every pending 9th circuit nominee, give them their two hours of debate, then vote to approve them. Do it today, this weekend, even if Easter.

"We continue to prove in California that the rule of law not only stands for something

Unless they're illegal immigrants, then California Democrats will do everything in their power to protect them from the law.

If this had been about almost any other subject (and under a Dem preisdent), the 9th Circuit would have sided with the power of the federal government over that of the state. The federal judiciary is out of control.

Off to the Supremes again.

Since we can now pick and choose which laws we decide to follow I’ve decided that I will not agree to pay and state, local or Federal taxes, and I will drive as fast as I feel like.

Woo Hoo!

The original black-robed Democrat tyrant:

John Mendez (RINO-Smirking Chimp "judge")

The three tyrant-klowns who "ruled" on this:

Milan Dale Smith Jr. (RINO-Smirking Chimp "judge")
Paul J. Watford (D-Clown Bammy "judge")
Andrew D. Hurwitz (D-Clown Bammy "judge")

The Supremes will once again throw another decision these dumbasses make down the toilet.
Some “judges” should be pumping gas in New Jersey.

Great point. This ruling says California can do their own state laws and ignore Federal and quite the opposite for Arizona.

the court ruled the state's "refusing to help is not the same as impeding" efforts to enforce federal immigration laws.

The state imposing penalties on any law enforcement entity which might want to help IS INDEED impeding federal immigration law.

“We continue to prove in California that the rule of law not only stands for something but that people cannot act outside of it,” Becerra said.

“Rule of law”. Right. Meaning all laws are used as weapons by Leftists and ignored by Leftists as needed. F’ them.

It is aimed at protecting voter fraud. Bottom line this is about making sure California Dem party as as many votes as it takes to move forward their agenda. It also is about getting more reps in congress.

actually they should be making gravel out of big rocks with a pick-ax and wearing orange jumpsuits for robes....

an “Oath of Office” violation should have serious consequences...
