Whatever happened to the movie “An American Carol”? They had a scene reminiscent of the above. An awards show dinner featuring lobster and steak menu with all the trimmings, ladies decked out in outrageously expensive jewelry, all the attendees obviously wealthy. As the hosts on stage were busy dedicating their show to “ending world hunger, and redistributing wealth, etc.” you could see and hear the rich bitches complaining “I’m starving to death over here, where’s my food”?
