Hillary Clinton loyalists fed the FBI’s upper echelon an assortment of anti-Donald Trump criminal accusations during the 2016 campaign and his presidency, according to a string of interview transcripts released in recent weeks.
James A. Baker, former FBI general counsel who participated on the receiving end, testified that the situation was “horrible” and “highly unusual.”
At least 10 of Mrs. Clinton’s supporters directly or via middlemen told the bureau tales about Russia-Trump conspiracies. It appears to be an unprecedented effort by a presidential campaign and the party in power to count on the FBI to knock out the other party’s candidate and president.
The transcripts create the picture of an FBI not always following expected norms as it activated an unofficial conveyor belt to make sure the allegations reached the counterintelligence division. It opened an investigation into the Trump campaign on July 31, 2016. In October, it began wiretapping at least one Republican while dispatching possibly multiple undercover sources to spy.
In the end, the Democratic Party-financed charges fell flat. Special counsel Robert Mueller reported last month that his 22-month investigation failed to establish a Trump-Russia conspiracy to interfere in the election by computer hacking and social media trolling.

Imagine if Trump was president while the FBI and DOJ did this stuff. The media would hang him and we would have to endure daily “what did he know and when did he know it” If a R president ever did these crimes, I would want his a## is jail.
This sums it up best.
My belief from the beginning was that Carter Page was picked as the highest ranked person in the campaign who was unlikely to be immediately recognized as part of the campaign so no one in the FISA court was going to think that the warrant was Watergate type spying. Any higher up and they risked questions and a refusal.
WHERE ARE THE ARRESTS???
Then how many of those 25,000 hits would yield more spying on people like us?
Nunes had to look at the files kept only in the white house purview, to see the full extent of the treasonous cabal. Obamaroid is at the heart of it regardless of how the enemdia spins it.

Attkisson reports how one FISA warrant against Trump staffer Carter Page could be used to legally surveil 25,000 people who were associated with him:
McCain, Romney, Turtle, Linda and Flake.
All used either willingly or stupidly to give weight to the charges.
McCain and Flake for sure willingly.
The big question is was GWB and Jeb involved.
For sure they knew it was coming months before anything went public.

If the Mueller Report has even a quarter of this information, the Dem Party is in deep doo-doo............
With those on the prosecution side, I doubt there will be much of any direct commentary about the CCF in the spying.

What did the campaign offer the people at the FBI to run with the scam?
Could it have been prestigious positions in the new administration for their cooperation?
Reminds one of the speculation of Loretta Lynch being offered a job too.
