Losing the last of the WWII vets now.

And it won't be too long before we lose the last of the Korean War vets.

If Truman had "reminded" Mao and Stalin that we have *plenty* of ordinance in stock that made Hiroshima look like a Sunday picnic that war would would have been over in weeks after the first Chinese soldier crossed the border.
