Meanwhile, a citizen would go to prison for using forged Federal documents. Not any more.
American citizens can now treat an attempted arrest for such things as assault with intent to commit great bodily harm or murder (a possible consequence of being jailed).
If the Elitists tell us that the "law" is a pretend law, then time to treat it like it is.
That's why the Elites want the guns, BTW - so while they're enforcing their pretend laws, law-abiding true American citizens don't give them any trouble.

Right, but, I’d think there would also be penalties for lying on ANY Federal document, esp. if the whole thing is a forgery, regardless if any court is involved. And... I’ll bet this guy has a long history of such, too...
