In the 1997 movie “L.A. Confidential,” one character said of a police sergeant who was enduring a grueling situation: “I wouldn’t trade places with (him) right now for all the whiskey in Ireland.”
It’s easy to echo that sentiment in regard to Chicago police officers.
As if the city’s maddening number of homicides isn’t enough of a burden, actor Jussie Smollett — on whom Chicago law enforcement had wasted considerable resources and countless hours — was inexplicably cleared of all charges in an apparent hate-crime hoax.
And now, we’ve come to discover, it seems Chicago police can’t even arrest a drug suspect without being harassed or threatened by a menacing crowd.
The Chicago Tribune reported earlier this month that a pair of officers struggled to control rowdy onlookers as one man resisted arrest and another ran off while carrying drugs.
The group “implied that they had weapons” and made threats, police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi told the Tribune.
“Out of an abundance of caution, he backs away from the arrestee. An individual comes and grabs the arrestee and another individual comes and grabs the narcotics,” Guglielmi added.

honestly, I could have looked past a light sentence. As long as he was hit in the pocketbook to the tune of a several million dollars - all to go to disadvantaged white children in coal country. 16 hours working for the Rainbow Coalition getting more formal indoctrination into Black Panther ‘family’ to make his momma propud just doesn’t cut it.

We dont need to contort ourselves for evidence of “end times”. Every time there is an earthquake, a volcano a tsunami, or a very angry badger i have friends who sigh, roll their eyes and sadly say “end times”. It’s comical. End times? Maybe, maybe not. Who knows. End times will be here with or without my permission.
I have sadly had to bury many of my end times friends. Buired them after long and fruitful lives. Some of them forgot to live here and now as they were always expecting a raptur, or some, a tribulation. But alas they are dead and buried like everyone before them.

Law and Order broke down the day the Clintons and the members of their crime cartel were allowed to walk for their crimes. It is just following its natural progression now. The voters should be happy. It is what you get when you elect sons of bitches like obama and Clinton.
Does anybody know if the cops were wearing body cameras? If so, were they broadcasting simultaneously? That would show the suspects faces and those in the crowd who helped them escape.
Would make for a nice trial for all of them. Would get more scum off the streets of Chicago.

If they don’t want the police there, the police should declare it a no go zone and if anyone wants help, they can come to a check point outside that area and look for help.
If there’s a fie, they can put it out themselves.
If someone is sick, they go to the hospital themselves.
If someone dies, provide a place for them to drop off the body, no questions asked.
Let them police themselves and figure out how to create a civilized society.
Oh, then can also give up the government handouts.
I think it went into overdrive when LBJ won election due to fraud and then had JFK assasinated. Nixon (no chior boy) was removed from the game and Carter was eventually emplaced. Everyone thinks Carter was a buffoon but he managed to build a solid progressive foundation for Clinton, GWB, and Obama to build on. Reagan was manipulated into GHWB and after his term the “Global Cabal” really went to work under GHWB. There’s a lot of blame to go around.
Smollett was another nail in the Rule of Law coffin.
