How can you be exonerated without being charged for a crime that never occurred?
Good point! LOL!

A majority (56%) says the President and his campaign have not been exonerated of collusion, but that what they've heard or read about the report shows collusion could not be proven. Fewer, 43%, say Trump and his team have been exonerated of collusion...so because collusion could not be proven, the President has not been exonerated - smart people - they've reaffirmed what's been known through the ages - you can't prove a negative - but not being able to prove the President didn't do it doesn't prove that he did......

CNN is yet again full of B.S. One does not need to be proven innocent to be “exonerated”. It is a legal term that means one is freed of the burden of an accusation, and it certainly applies here.

Yes, and there was a poll last week that showed more than 50 percent thought Mueller’s probe was a witch hunt. So a good fifth of those folks believe the witch hunt did not exonerate Trump? Believe in nothing this piece of trash “news” network puts out.

[Former Speaker Of The House Democrat] Tom Foley said, “The seriousness of the charge mandates that we investigate this.” “Even though there is no evidence,” he said, “the seriousness of the charge is what matters,” and of course, that’s when I started learning quite a bit about how Democrats act. The seriousness of the charge opens up the possibility that it might be true and therefore the seriousness of the charge is the story. Whether there’s any evidence or not. So you’ve got a precedent here. Make an allegation. It doesn’t have to be true. There doesn’t even have to be a snowball’s chance in hell of approving it. Then you leak the allegation to the media, and the target gets smeared.
