Just don’t get married again.
I did it and raised a wonderful child who makes six figures now without a father who is demonstrably sick in the head.
He should spend his time more productively. Like trying to get in better shape and find that neck he lost. He’s all one big, fat chin.
KellyAnne has said that all he does is stay on his computer.
He needs help.
Like so many other people here, I can't fathom how she sticks with him, when he doesn't support her in her job (and actually says/does things to undermine her, and jeopardizes the prominent, powerful position she holds).
She probably recognizes that he's not quite right up in his "attic", and that, like you said, he needs help, so maybe she reasons along the lines of, "...in sickness, and in health...as long as you both shall live...", but it is still very hard to believe, looking at it from the outside.
