Host Joe Scarborough said hes a Second Amendment supporter and a gun owner but supports banning so-called weapons of war. Thats an anti-gun Left talking point. Its replaced the previous made up term "assault weapon," which has lost its punch due to conservatives rightfully mocking and shredding it as a meaningless politically charged phrase aimed at masking the Lefts ignorance of firearms and instilling fear in voters. In other words, assault weapon is liberal code for a gun that looks scary, but we cant say that because we would look like pansies to the electoratetoo late.

Scarbrough was just flat out lying in most of what he said.
Yes, his lips did apparently move.
Is this they guy with the dead intern again? The naked one found in his congressional office? He really likes his virtue signaling.
“Why, I have no idea how she got there.”
Basic misunderstanding of the Second Amendment. The whole idea is that the People have a right to have access to the tools of war, in case we are beset with Tyranny. The Declaration of Independence was not necessarily a one time thing that occurred back in 1776. Tyranny can (and has) returned. When it does, the People need to be able to stand up for themselves.
It's not about hunting. It's not about defense against muggers. It's about War.
Yep. Gary Condit’s bar pal.
This fools opinion of my weapons could not be more irrelevant. We aren’t giving them up.
In case I need to clarify — I am aware that the Second Amendment is not part of the Declaration of Independence. We have a Constitution so that we retain our rights under all circumstances, even such a time as when a Second Declaration of Independence might be necessary.
Joe Scarborough is an assault weapon.
Most people have at least one actual weapon of war and most of them are bolt action.
The army uses the Mossberg 590 pump shotgun - one of the most popular shotguns on the civilian market. The army uses the 9mm semiautomatic handgun - one of, if not the, most popular civilian firearms today. The Army used, and still uses to some degree, the Remington 700 bolt action rifle - one of the most popular deer hunting rifles on the civilian market. To the best of my knowledge the army has never used the AR-15.

That’s why he performs like a trained monkey.
That is why they are weapons
SMDH
Would the media have such a fit if the AR-15 was sold with conventional wood stock and a smaller magazine? This weapon is being demonized because of how it looks. Interesting that the tragic school shooting in Texas where the shooter used a standard pump shot gun isnt being mentioned likely as all the rhetoric about the scary military look of the AR-15 doesnt apply.
What needs to be banned is far left, big mouth commie libs like Moaning Joke.
What country sends its troops into battle with AR-15s?
Get back to me when you can name that country Gun Grabbers.
Sort of like a Mini-14 with a 5 rd mag?
There is no “misunderstanding”.
They just think the Government is the only Institution that should be Armed. It makes controlling the Populace so much easier.
