Two totally different things. Research what FGM is and how it is done to remove sexual feelings for the female and provide some sick whim of the male.
Me either. The best rule I have heard is do to the son what was done to the father. Keep it at that.

Male circumcision started with a logical health concern. Just like the edict on not eating pork. Help prevent diseases .
As far as sensation, it could promote a man staying longer 'in the saddle'. A common female complaint. The down side?
