good

Turn them into utilities

All of them

Let the consumer determine what to see

Just like the phone company they provide the means, you provide the words

I see Liz is begging for donations for her legal defense. Maybe Michael Avenatti is available.

Both of you oughta proactively contact Nunes’ office and sign on... the more widespread the damage, the more the courts should take the suit seriously.

This suit makes Nunes look like a moron, and he is getting destroyed on Twitter over it

Twitter, Facebook, msm, SNL... All should be considered commercials for the DNC. The lack of equal time should get msm and SNL in big time trouble.

My post centered on Walker’s hiring that wretched woman Liz Mair—it was troubling when he hired her; this article provides further confirmation. Do a little bit of simple research...

Walker did wonderful things for Wisco, however, he does often side with GOPe. Koch brothers gave him major campaign support at least in last election.

Walker was clearly not a Trump supporter during the 2016 campaign. He endorsed Ted Cruz and then when saw Trump winning, he utilized what Gretta Van Sustren called a roving endorsement...and he still sided with Ryan regarding State Fair Labor day fiasco...

Walker lost for many reasons, but there are people like me who never forgot his siding with Ryan and uninviting Trump to Labor Day festivities weeks before the Presidential election...I was very disappointed—never felt the same way about Walker even tho he seems to be supporting Trump now.

It was a close election, and Walker himself even was worried and mentioned complacency as a factor...every vote would have helped.

Facebook does the same thing. They did it to me..Every time I put up a true statement they banned me and gave me some pitiful excuse for doing so..So I closed my account I just wasted my time trying to get the truth out..

Moron?

I think not.

Relevant Quote Snippets from Nunes.

“…first of many… we’re going after Twitter first…”

“…this was an orchestrated effort…”

“…these accounts are ‘not supposed to exist’…”

“Twitter becomes the gaslighting for all of the news… with the algorithms that they develop…”

“How is it possible that I can be attacked relentlessly hundreds of times a day… by accounts that, in their terms of service, should not be there?”

“This is more than just conservatives…”

“The press is dead… this is part of the continuing Russia investigation… we’re going to challenge every single one of [the lies] in court, and we’re going to start with Twitter.”

Sean discusses the Steele dossier - “How much more is coming?”

“…this is all result of the taskforce we set up last year.”

“There is classified information we would like to have declassified… 20 pages of the last FISA, the last pages of the Bruce Ohr report…”

“It’s important to know who’s putting these [fake] stories out.”

Nunes is awesome. He and the President together can show the scared babies in the GOP how to fight...and win.

Imagine your phone company or your electric company deciding your religion or politics were not sharia friendly. So they canceled you.

If I was never paying them for their services in the first place I wouldn't have much to complain about.

Paying for services is not the issue.

Are you on Social Media? Then guess what? You are their customer. You are their client.

But that doesn't give me any special right to use their property.

I'm there at their pleasure and certainly don't have a contract stating otherwise.

Fauxcahauntas wrote this. But she is correct.

Companies with an annual global revenue of $25 billion or more and that offer to the public an online marketplace, an exchange, or a platform for connecting third parties would be designated as “platform utilities.”

These companies would be prohibited from owning both the platform utility and any participants on that platform. Platform utilities would be required to meet a standard of fair, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory dealing with users. Platform utilities would not be allowed to transfer or share data with third parties.

For smaller companies (those with annual global revenue of between $90 million and $25 billion), their platform utilities would be required to meet the same standard of fair, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory dealing with users, but would not be required to structurally separate from any participant on the platform.

To enforce these new requirements, federal regulators, State Attorneys General, or injured private parties would have the right to sue a platform utility to enjoin any conduct that violates these requirements, to disgorge any ill-gotten gains, and to be paid for losses and damages. A company found to violate these requirements would also have to pay a fine of 5 percent of annual revenue.

And the very same progressives who will be slamming Nunes, claiming Twitter has immunity, are the same ones that have been telling us Muellers witch hunt has been legitimate.

Despite spending millions all because of Russia.........wait for it.....spent 100K on adds on facebook.

There is more collusion between the dnc and the big techs then there’s ever been between Trump and Russia.

First Twitter, then Snopes!

I do not expect a good result from this, but am willing to be pleasantly surprised if one occurs.
