Agree the chances of actual indictments is remote.
For now, I would just settle for a special counsel investigating the corruption in the DOJ and the FBI and the Clinton foundation.

I disagree. This is NOT a good thing.
If Graham gets his wish and gets a Special Council, that will only guarantee that all evidence that could be used against the cabal would get locked up and unavailable for trials, or for FOIA’s, or for exposing their criminal behavior. That’s what Mueller did with every piece of evidence he touched. He protected the cabal.
Prosecutors, yes! More Special Councils? NO!

Graham will call on the toothless dog, Trey Gowdy, to be specilal prosecutor - and that will all but guarantee that any incriminating evidence is swept neatly into oblivion.
If anyone ever thought Mueller would actually investigate the real collusion between the Clintons and Russia, China, Saudi Arabia and just about anyone with hard currency, they were delusional. Mueller’s staff was packed with Clinton acolytes. Mueller knew not to take his investigations into inappropriate places.

Graham has no power whatsoever to release indictments. I doubt he has any right to see them at all unless they are served, so he can’t even leak them. Nobody in the Deep State is frightened of Lindsey.
