The GA law is very clear as to what is a legal absentee ballot, what is a legal early ballot, etc. Election officials would have to break the law to count votes that were illegally cast.

A frequent in person illegality is that poor people and renters move often. It is illegal for them to use the address they used to live at in order to vote.

Blame our public school system.

I question the outcomes of MANY races. I’d list them but I don’t feel like spending an hour or 2 on it.
