Nicholas Sandmann's attorney release a very short video on their new major lawsuits against CNN and the Washington Post. Video at link
They’re going to settle out of court.
They want this to go away as quickly as possible.
What if the party that’s suing doesn’t want to settle out of court?
Seems like the MSM media is being rather quiet about this. I hope he doesn’t settle either.
No one requires them to settle out of court. I just means they are willing to accept the risks of going to trial.
Would you take the $250,000,000 without going to court?
An 8 figure settlement (even if the amount was never revealed) and a public apology with an appropriate level of groveling by the WaPo and CNN would be fine with me.
Then the guilty party will keep offering insane amounts of money until they relent, as we saw with the Duke Lacrosse rape hoax.
Not with other defendants also on the hook for vast ammounts.
I would want as much information to hit the public record as possible and so nondisclosure agreements would quite logically be entirely off of the table.
Since I would never grant them secrecy, they would fight it to the end.
Later defendants might be allowed to settle.
The most important thing about this action by this wonderful attorney on behalf of this kid is that now the presstitutes DNC WHORES ARE going to HAVE TO think twice clearly about trying this again
and you know they want to try it again
But Ive said it before and Ill say it again
everybody on the planet now has their own on video camera high definition with sound
if that video of that entire incident by regular people was not available , this would not be happening
remember that
Hey Nick...save and invest your new money wisely...but set aside a little for MAN TOYS!! Cars, boats, motorcycles, hot rods, gund/fishing equipment and so on...
