I believe Barr was using the Bruce Ohr testimony recently published to show that Weissmann was briefed on the Steele Dossier by Ohr while he was working in DOJ months before it was released. It may indicate he was conflicted by this prior knowledge?

Or there may be other matters soon to be released which will put him in a very bad light.

Its probably true. NPR seems to have a seat inside Mueller’s investigation. They are tight with his team, which is something else that begs investigation.
