This may have been a carefully arranged vote, not quite 2/3.

PDJT vetoes and members of both houses say “There is nothing we can do to reverse the veto, we don’t have the votes!”

“The moral cowardice of the Republicans knows no bounds.”

They consider themselves patriots — AGAINST America.

first betrayal was by McConnell who let this come up to a vote

Yep. Is there any reason McConnell HAD to bring this up?

In my mind, Lee took his name off the list of US Supreme Court potential nominees.

I understand that ordinarily Congress, under the Constitution, must approve spending.

But in the 1970’s, Congress delegated that power to the President when he declares an Emergency under the act.

Should it have ceded that power? Debatable.

But until Congress passes an act changing the law, the President has such power.

Lee had been a shining light.

But if he and the other purist from Kentucky lack that common sense, they should not receive any promotions.

Well there are twelve names of people who will probably have a “cash flow problem” if a wall is in place.

I’m still writing to the NC GOP to put up a conservative to run against him in primary.

He's in with the PA thug crowd.....I expect his votes to reflect whatever he has to to retain favor both in and out of office within the powers that be to secure his lot in life. He will protect his career first.

It’s time for a new party. We need to follow the example of Cenk Uber and the Justice Democrats and start commandeering control of the GOP or make anew party of people who will actually REPRESENT Americans who believe in America and the ideals of representative government and protection of her citizens and begin fighting back against this growing totalitarian oppression.

It is not about wages.

It is about changing the population of the United States from Americans to notAmericans.

Why did McConnell even bring this to the floor? He said he backed Trump.

One month ago tomorrow, President @realDonaldTrump signed a national emergency declaration to address the humanitarian and security crisis on America’s border.

In the weeks since, the absolute worst of Washington’s culture of do-nothing dysfunction has been on full display.

Toomey is there until 2023, so by then its not likely he will pay for this vote and knows it...

PA, with 2 of the most worthless senators in the Union... Casey’s a do nothing and Toomey’s the GOPe...

Hope there are some good candidates in those states.

For instance, Mark Meadows would make a good Senator to replace Tillis, who backed out THIS time, but cannot be trusted.

LePage would be great in Maine. Maybe the governor of Alaska would be willing, he seems good.

Mike Lee and Romney should NEVER be trusted again.
