You could not be more wrong about Little Marco. POTUS wiped the floor with Rubio in the primary. He really isn’t that popular here. Basically everybody hates Gang of 8 Marco Amnestio except the GOP country club set.
Yes, in order override a Presidential veto, 2/3rds of both houses must vote to override. They don’t have close to those votes in the House or in the Senate.
