LAS VEGAS - Democratic Senate Majority Leader Kelvin Atkinson wept as he resigned from the Nevada Legislature during Tuesday's Senate floor session.
He said he let himself and his family down and he was "truly sorry" for his actions.
He is accused of misusing campaign funds and plans to plead guilty to federal charges.

Never heard of him until now.
I hate to seem small minded, but seeing a black man wearing that kind of suit (plain, and generic) and a small black bow tie would have gotten my attention . I would be wondering if he was a part of Farakhan’s Nation of Islam. To be a part of that organization is not illegal, but still worrying, due to who they consider friends.
