Eliot Engel, Chairman of the House Foreign Relations Committee, slammed Ilhan Omar for anti-Semitism on Friday. He didn’t mince words:
House Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Eliot Engel (D-NY) blasted Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) on Friday for suggesting that pro-Israel politicians hold “allegiance to a foreign country” and demanded the freshman congresswoman apologize for her “vile anti-Semitic slur.”
“I welcome debate in Congress based on the merits of policy, but it’s unacceptable and deeply offensive to call into question the loyalty of fellow American citizens because of their political views, including support for the U.S.-Israel relationship,” Engel said in a statement released Friday evening.
“Her comments were outrageous and deeply hurtful, and I ask that she retract them, apologize, and commit to making her case on policy issues without resorting to attacks that have no place in the Foreign Affairs Committee or the House of Representatives,” the New York Democrat continued.

I suspect they’ll eventually get around to kicking her off committees and forcing her to resign from congress, maybe expelling her, but in the meantime, this is disastrous for the Democrats as they count Islamic terrorist sympathizers and open socialists among their ranks.

I’m sure you are right: I’m betting most of her constituents are black/muslim. However, that won’t mean much if powerful people want her gone. She does need to be removed from the Committee for Foreign Affairs. She has no business there, where she can cause trouble. IMHO.

They are religiously obligated to replace it with sharia.
Congress easily approves money for Israel but spending money to protect our border is like pulling teeth with them. They don’t have dual loyalty they have a single loyalty to whatever special interest groups gives them money. She’s from the Cedar/Riverside area of Minneapolistan. MiniMogadishu. I drive through that area every day on the way to the hospital across the river. It’s not part of America.
