The man spent a lot of time (literally years, with an increased level of effort) before the declaration laying the groundwork, making the case, proving the Democrats would not help out.
He has crews on the border building the wall now.
His legal team is gearing up to fight the cases filed in court against the wall.
Just what is it that you think he still needs to do, to prove he’s all-in for the wall?
He declared a national emergency and is using funds at his disposal.
Where are you coming up with doubt, as if he isn’t trying, and please explain to me how any of what is going on to prevent him building the wall is somehow his fault?
