The Supreme Court sent a case concerning a death row inmate, who claims he can no longer remember his crimes because of several strokes he had while in prison, back down to the lower courts to take a second look.

The court had already stayed the inmate Vernon Madison's execution last January. In a 5-3 vote, Chief Justice John Roberts sided Wednesday with the liberals on the court in favor of Madison.

Only eight justices had heard the case because Justice Brett Kavanaugh had not been confirmed by the time the case was argued.

So hillary can’t be prosecuted even with evidence because she don’t remember either?

if a killer cannot be executed how can he even be held if he cannot comprehend why?

He’s gone, Jim.

5 liberals & 4 conservatives.

Roberts will likely support every abortion of children in every way imaginable. He’s now fully with Satan.

So if Hitler, Himmler & gang had a stroke and forgot what they did, they couldn’t be executed either. Thank you John Roberts!

He’s set out to prove that “his” court is above partisan politics by being hyper partisan.

We knew that the minute he shoved his head up his Honorable ass and found a reason to give Obamacare the okay.

To me, I don’t care of person X remembers doing the crime or not.
He’s in jail to be punished for committing a crime. Since he’s still the same person and he still committed the crime - I don’t see why this is even an issue.

So what if he cant remember? Doesnt change the facts others remember or that people are actually dead.

SO WHAT? Having strokes or medical problems doesnt change what he did, it doesnt change his sentencing, it doesnt mean the trial and conviction have problems because he has a stroke years later.

This is insanity. In the old days he would have been dead along before he had a chace to have a stroke.

“The Supreme Court sent a case concerning a death row inmate, who claims he can no longer remember his crimes because of several strokes he had while in prison, back down to the lower courts to take a second look.”

Isn’t that all after the fact, and has nothing to do with his conviction, when he was convicted, nor the original sentence, nor the legality and legitimacy of either. How then should that after the fact condition delay further the execution. To me that after the fact condition is not germane to the case - to appeal against the carrying out the execution.

From the moment that Justice Kennedy announced his retirement, I think Roberts thought “Goody! Now I can be the swing justice and garner all the attention now!”

I’m surprised he even had to go to trial if that is the case.

The victim wasn’t present to push the conviction forward.

Obviously, his team had all the facts and could operate on his behalf.

Roberts is just full tilt Leftist.

Get used to it folks.

Now, how is everyone feeling about gun control issues before the court?

He isn ot thinking straight. He is on Dilantin. Seizure medication should surely be a disqualification for being a judge at any level.
