it’s an older post- nothing wrong with citing that as the amount is still around 400ppm give or take- the point is not about how up to date it is- the point is to show that the amount is still way way below what it was in the past and that people are freaking out over nothing- and falsely accusing man of causing climate change- I’m not worried about 10 ppm- the whole damn claim that man is causing climate change is a lie the other facts on the site are accurate- enough so that is puts the lie to the claim we’re to blame
th total amount of ‘greenhouse gases’ has remained a fairly constant 0.04% for a good long time now-
[[The rest of the rise is manmade. ]]
Speculation- as you know there are many studies which propose that it is not due to man
“It is ten times as likely that atmospheric CO2 is coming from natural sources, namely the warming ocean surface, as it is likely that it is coming from anthropogenic sources. The changes in CO2 track ocean surface temperature, not global carbon emissions. Burning fossil fuels is not increasing atmospheric CO2. Recovery from the Little Ice Age, driven by the sun, is causing the oceans to release CO2. It is temperature driving CO2 release, not the other way around. Just as it has always been.
As the sun gets quiet in the next few years, sea surface temperature will begin to fall, and the rise in CO2 will cease. If the sun stays quiet for 30 or 40 years, ocean surface temperatures will fall far enough to reverse the CO2 rise, the globe will enter a new little ice age, and things will get really interesting.”

There are other sites showing man isn’t responsible- I’ll not look them all up here- tired of the subject really- but had to clarify that your statement is opinion- not scientific fact-
But there's an easy way out of the trap (several actually). Look at the earth's history of CO2, and see we are at the lowest in earth's history:>
With CO2 that low, we were in a permanent ice age, albeit in a brief interglacial. Low CO2 was in danger of exterminating a large variety of plant life.
Second the logarithmic effect of CO2 warming means we don't have to worry about the extra we add:
The warming effect is very minor. That latter chart also shows the dangerously low level of CO2 that we were just at in the last glacial period just 12k years ago.
It will slow a little, but still stay around 2 to 2.5 ppm per year. We know this because we've already had cool years like after Pinatubo and we've seen the temporary slowing of the rise of CO2:
Don’t volcanic ash and sulfates cool the earth?
Our own U.S. / Hawaii Kilauea volcano too , is one of the greatest natural sources of atmospheric Co2 known on Earth .
Ironically , one of the primary locations for monitoring atmospheric Co2 is located a mere 25 miles away from Kilauea, this vast source of so much Co2 emission : the Mauna Loa Earth System Research Lab - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pvCr60AGD8
I am sure it’s upwind though (sarc) .....
oops, the wrong URL copy ....

sorry bout dat
The usual practice, IIRC, is to sacrifice virgins to the volcano gods.
The amount of cosmic rays that fall on the earth are also affected by the sun’s magnetic field. When sun spot activity is high so is the deflection of cosmic rays. The fewer cosmic rays hitting earth, the fewer clouds. Hotter sun + fewer clouds.
Yep know all that!
“Outlaw volcanoes.”
More like volcanoes that simply DO NOT CARE.
Where’s that Cortez broad asking for a really huge cork?
obama ranks right up there.
