When the hell is Mueller going to be indicted for using his BS interviews for entrapment? Mueller needs to be in prison.

Ask AJ Barr.

"What exactly did Manafort do to incur the wrath of Hillary?"

Rhetorical question, serious answer . . .

Simple, Manafort was responsible for and masterminded the election of Viktor Yanukovych as President of Ukraine in 2010. (Remember, Hillary was Secretary of State). Hillary had spent much political capital in support of Victor Yushchenko.

As we see later (2012-2014) that defeat cost Hillary hundreds of millions dollars.

hey Paul . . . its not personal, just business

Thanks for the info. I did not know that.

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton, a person that is covered from the top of her head to the soles of her feet in the innocent blood of others, runs around free as a bird.

Mueller and his band of 17 Angry Democrats are loaded for bear because they couldn’t leverage Manafort against Trump.

He was their star witness and now he’s damaged goods.

He didn’t tell them what they wanted to hear and now they’re exacting their pound of flesh in retribution.

Only difference is they wanted Manafort to lie for them and instead he ended up lying to them.

Some difference.

What Manafort never deserved was 23 hours a day in solitary, denied so much as a newspaper to read.

Granted, he’s not a sympathetic character, but what was done to him by the Deep State was a pure atrocity that should never have been tolerated in America.

His crimes were not of violence. He posed no danger to anyone. He was a minimal flight risk, at worst; especially after posting an outrageous, 8A stomping $10 million bail. House arrest could easily have been accomplished via ankle monitoring.

Manafort and his lawyer’s were fully cooperating with his persecuters.

And, if Manafort’s foreign cavortings were worthy of hard core prison, the Chief Pettifogger had better lock up half of K Street.

Let’s remember, you and I get to pick up the tab for this horror show.

The *only* just outcome: President Trump pardons Manafort. Manafort sues the snot out of every single one of his tormentors, jointly and severally. The government’s conduct has been sufficiently outrageous and “shocks the conscience” so as to create personal liability for the main bad actors.

Newly Released Mueller Document Suggests Dem Power Broker Tony Podesta Misled Federal Investigators
Law and Crime ^ | 3:44 pm, September 15th, 2018 | Colin Kalmbacher
FR Posted by E. Pluribus Unum

The office of special counsel Robert Mueller just released a document which appears to show that longtime Democratic Party power broker Tony Podesta misled federal investigators when questioned about his obligations, and how he understood them, under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

The document is dated March 31, 2017 and was released late Saturday morning in line with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request initiated by the New York Times‘ Kenneth Vogel. Taking the form of a letter from the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) National Security Division and addressed to Podesta’s attorney Matthew T. Sanderson, the document reads, in relevant part:

In conclusion, we have determined that Podesta must register under FARA, because the firm’s activities on behalf of the [European Centre For a Modern Ukraine (ECFMU)] constitute “political activities” as defined under the Act and were conducted at the order, request, or under the direction or control of a foreign principal…in furtherance of, and for the purpose of influencing, U.S. government officials and sections of the public within the United States, with reference to the political or public interests, policies or relations of a foreign government or foreign political party.

The document continues, noting, “the principal beneficiary of the political activities conducted within the United States was the Ukrainian government and/or the [pro-Russian] Party of Regions.” (Excerpt) Read more at lawandcrime.com ...

OPINION Ukraine Tried to Tip the Election in Clinton’s Favor
Evidence reveals that Ukraine intervened to tilt the election in favor of its national interests
By Michael Sainato • 01/12/17

Politico reported that the Ukrainian Government worked to aid Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential elections. The actions taken by government officials included disseminating “documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers.”

Those documents implicated Trump’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, who worked as an adviser for now-ousted Ukrainian President Viktor F. Yanukovych. However, the concerns that the documents raised weren’t in fact over any quasi-Russian ties, though partisan reporting pushed his narrative. Rather, the documents raised the question of whether Manafort declared the income that he had received from the position. The Podesta Group, a lobbying firm co-founded by Clinton Campaign Chair John Podesta, also conducted work for Yanukovych.

However, the Manafort narrative not only painted Trump as pro-Russian, but also provided the Clinton campaign with a smear campaign while reaffirming its stance against Russia. It was in Ukraine’s best interest to tilt the election in support of Clinton, who strongly advocated for providing Ukraine with military aid and financial support in order to fight Russian separatists in the country.

Politico noted that Alexandra Chalupa, a Ukrainian-American working as a consultant for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), met with top Ukrainian Officials in Washington D.C. about forcing Manafort’s resignation in order to perpetuate the narrative that Trump is connected to Russia. Both Chalupa and her sister Andrea have strongly pushed the anti-Russian narrative on social media, in addition to advocating that the electors of the electoral college defect from Trump. The report added, “Politico’s investigation found evidence of Ukrainian government involvement in the race that appears to strain diplomatic protocol dictating that governments refrain from engaging in one another’s elections.”

In addition to the Chalupas, the co-founder and CTO of Crowdstrike, the cyber security firm that the DNC hired to investigate the alleged hacks, Dmitri Alperovitch, also serves as a senior fellow to the Washington-based think tank Atlantic Council, which is an openly anti-Russian organization partly . The Atlantic Council is funded by Ukrainian oligarch Victor Pinchuk, who also happens to be one of the most prolific donors to the Clinton Foundation. The DNC denied multiple requests from the FBI to access their servers, effectively forcing the FBI to rely on CrowdStrike’s assessment of the hacks.

The Atlantic Council has propagated anti-Russian sentiment and advocated for bolstering NATO forces in anticipation of a military conflict between with Russia long before Wikileaks released emails from the DNC and Clinton Campaign Manager John Podesta. In 2013, the Atlantic Council awarded Hillary Clinton its Distinguished International Leadership Award. In 2014, the Atlantic Council hosted one of several events with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who took over after pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych was removed in early 2014. In August, Politico reported that Donald Trump’s favorable rhetoric to Russia was concerning Ukraine. The article stated, “Russia wants Trump for U.S. president; Ukraine is terrified by Trump and prefers Hillary Clinton.”

In response to their preferred candidate losing the election, Ukrainian officials are now scrambling to revert from their lobbying for Hillary Clinton and the DNC. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko recently signed a $50,000-a-month contract with a lobbying firm to set up meetings with U.S. officials in the new administration. Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk wrote an op-ed on December 29 in the Wall Street Journal in which he argued that Ukraine needs make compromises to establish peace with Russia. After the election, reports surfaced that Pinchuk donated to Trump’s charity to try to gain the same favor and access that his donations to the Clinton Foundation afforded him. “The sole reason the Victor Pinchuk Foundation has reached out to President-elect Trump—as well as other world leaders—has been to promote strengthened and enduring ties between Ukraine and the West,” a spokeswoman for the Pinchuk foundation told ABC News.

While past elections in Ukraine have been viewed as proxy battles between the U.S. and Russia, it appears that the 2016 presidential election in the U.S. faced similar influence from two foreign countries attempting to influence an election outcome preferable to their own national interests.

Paul Manafort Indicted and in Solitary Confinement While Hillary and Creepy Podesta Brothers Run Free – Manafort Worked for Podestas!
By Jim Hoft by Jim Hoft February 24, 2019

As reported yesterday, Robert Mueller filed under seal, an 800-page redacted sentencing memo on Paul Manafort in the Washington D.C case ahead of the midnight deadline and was ordered to release it by corrupt Obama judge Amy Berman Jackson.Mueller said in the sentencing memo that Paul Manafort “repeatedly and brazenly” violated the law for over a decade.

Mueller also accused Manafort in engaging in witness tampering while on bail, perjuring himself and making false statements. Last Friday, Robert Mueller issued a sentencing memo in the Virginia case recommending Paul Manafort, who will turn 70 in April, serve between 19.5 to 24.5 years in prison. In other words, Paul Manafort should die in prison for the crime of associating with Donald Trump — the crimes Manafort is being charged with were dug up by the criminal and corrupt Andrew Weissmann as revenge.

The Virginia sentencing memo also recommends Manafort pay a fine of up to $24 million, restitution of more than $24 million and forfeiture in the amount of more than $4 million, reported CBS. The corrupt and criminal Obama-appointed Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled last week that Paul Manafort intentionally lied to Mueller and the FBI and voided his plea deal.

Paul Manafort faces an additional maximum of 10 years in prison in the D.C. case, however, Mueller did not offer a specific recommendation for how much time Manafort should serve in the memo released Saturday. Paul Manafort is scheduled to be sentenced March 8th in the Virginia case and March 13th in the Washington D.C. case.

The case in Washington D.C. involves Manafort’s illegal lobbying on behalf of Ukrainian interests — these are the same ‘crimes’ Tony Podesta committed (failing to file a FARA form) yet Tony Podesta was allowed to retroactively file a FARA form for his work in Ukraine then Mueller granted him immunity.

The Podesta’s are surprisingly not even mentioned in Mueller’s filing –

Manafort worked with the Podesta brothers in the Ukraine. John Podesta was Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Manager. Manafort was President Trump’s Campaign Manager for a couple months. Manafort and the Podesta’s brought a number of individuals to the Ukraine in an effort to support their candidate. It’s unknown how much these visitors were paid by the Podesta’s and Manafort’s Ukrainian candidate or if they filed the correct forms with the US government for visiting there.

Hillary visited the Ukraine – as did Chelsea. Corrupt cop Mueller was a guest as well –

According to a new report by Bloomberg, New York prosecutors have put together a criminal case against Trump’s former campaign chair Paul Manafort that they could quickly file if Trump were to issue him a presidential pardon. Will they do the same for the Podesta brothers?

We all know the answer to that. The US today is clearly a two-tiered system of justice. One set of laws for the Clintons, Obama and their corrupt accomplices and one for the rest of America.
