Rep. Joe Kennedy said he hopes for the sake of the country and the integrity of the US election process that special counsel Robert Mueller turns up nothing in his Russia investigation. "It is probably too much to hope that what Mueller's report is actually going to say is, 'Nothing to see here, nobody did anything wrong, we got everyone already and case closed.' That's what I hope it says," the Massachusetts Democrat told Van Jones on "The Van Jones Show," airing Saturday on CNN at 7 p.m. ET. Sources told CNN on Wednesday that Attorney General Bill Barr is preparing to announce the completion of Mueller's investigation as early as next week, with plans for Barr to submit to Congress a summary of Mueller's confidential report soon after. I am looking for the report to present pages and pages of evidence showing nothing and then the conclusion that DJT is a Russian agent with allegations totally unsupported. The Left/MSM would then totally run with it screaming about the “seriousness” of the allegations requiring impeachment, removal, and prison. The charges are so serious that no evidence is needed.

The most egregious hypocrisy of the left is pretending to put the welfare of the country ahead of its political agenda. They rather see America in ruins than give an inch to the Republicans, especially to the president.

The stratedgy is obvious. The report will trash Trump but fail to prove any Russian collusion. That will be enough to keep anti Trump investigations going and the jackels in the press will happily go along.
