Probably? Almost certainly. Only Omaha and Lincoln went for Hillary. The rest of the state (91 of 93 counties) was solidly Trump.
And yes, he represents NEB's 11th district, the north side of Omaha.
Hillary won Lincoln (Nebraska Univ, college town) by exactly 77 votes (out of 121,089). She won Douglas county (Omaha city) by 3056 votes. She got 165,740 votes in those two counties... and 108,118 total votes in the other 91 counties combined. Trump won the state by 211,961 votes. She won her two counties by 3,133 votes. Yes, NEB is a red state. :)
