Reading your link the ‘huge visual trail’ alone certainly corroborates the time-lines his partners in crime spoke of when they went before the Grand Jury. So that's a matter of official record even if they decide to change their story.
Smollett did a stunningly sloppy job putting together his sham especially because the camera he had counted on was the only one not pointing where he believed it would show the actual attack.
I watched videos of interviews from years since he's been a guest on shows and interesting he's the one who 'asks' them to be a guest....this guy has such an overinflated opinion of what he speaks on that I doubt he's even liked as a person.....his interviews clearly show one all wrapped up in himself and can't understand why the world doesn't see him as wonderful as he does.

Plus he has a contract with Columbia he makes a bundle on....and he's single so it's all his.
If you view some of his past guest interviews, before this sham, you can see how warped his thinking is regarding his own significance. I have the sense he isn't well liked rather tolerated among the Hollywood crowd.
