He’ll take a deal....so it doesn’t go to trial.
Agreed, I only hope in the name of equal justice that he gets some jail time and pays back the costs of the investigation.
And, when he does, it will be, not because he did anything wrong, but to close this unfortunate chapter and move on to defend the poor, the downtrodden, black LGBTQRZVUSGHLK community. He will never admit any guilt so that people will claim that he was forced to accept the deal.
