Wow, I’m shocked at the comments here. Denying food aid to starving people is genuinely a crime against humanity. Plus this policy advances our foreign policy goals. The collapse of Socialism in Venezuela may well lead to it’s collapse in Cuba as the thousands of Cuban “advisers” in that country return home to tell their story to their compatriots.

The Venezuelans got everything they voted for.
How is it a "crime against humanity" for American taxpayers to not want to fund socialist food handouts to #ssh#l#s complaining about going hungry in the socialist system they voted for? Here's an idea - don't vote for socialism and expect the yanquis you hate so damn much to come to your rescue when the predictable results come to fruition.
