Brookies are the best for breakfast. We used to wrap them in bacon and foil on the fire.

“Maybe we all get a civics lesson on how pocket vetoes work.???”

Not according to the first few lines of that statement:

Statement by the President
Immigration
***Issued on: February 15, 2019***

Today, I have signed into law H.J. Res. 31, the “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019” (the “Act”)

OTOH, everybody reading this is going to get a Cliff Notes Special on f’in with The Man.

My particular favorite lines:

“Numerous provisions purport, in certain circumstances, to condition the authority of officers to spend or reallocate funds on the approval of congressional committees (Division B, sections 702, 706, and 716(a), (b); Division E, sections 403 and 409; Division G, sections 188, 405, and 406). These are impermissible forms of congressional aggrandizement in the execution of the laws other than by the enactment of statutes. My Administration will make appropriate efforts to notify the relevant committees before taking the specified actions and will accord the recommendations of such committees all appropriate and serious consideration, but it will not treat spending decisions as dependent on the approval of congressional committees.”

....wordiest job of telling somebody to GFY I’ve ever seen, although that bit about “..impermissible forms of congressional aggrandizement..” is going to leave marks.

Obnoxious girly-man Wallace attacks Stephen Miller.
Does he EVER have leftist idiots on his show and attack THEM?

What kind of nonsense is this?

Wallace is such a puppet reading the DNC talking points. Won’t let Miller speak and cuts him off over and over.

This isn’t a conversation - it’s an attack. If Miller starts to get the better of the little wimp he’s immediately cut off and the next attack begins.

Disgraceful. I only tuned in to see Rush, and I’m ashamed of HIM for appearing with this vile little lizard Wallace.

You're right about congressional 'retirements'. Something's not right about that number of people choosing to leave at such a critical time... It's odd.

Did corrupt thugs in the FBI and 'intelligence' have dirt on some of our people - - were they forced out.

We know the FBI shares dirt with the press - with democrats...and that sometimes the little sh*ts just make it up.

So, how hard would it have been for these McCabe KGB wannabees to manipulate our elections? Look what the traitors in 'intelligence' tried to do to Trump. Think 'intelligence thugs' wouldn't do the same to the American people if they thought they could get away with it? They would.

It needs to be looked at - the FBI should be put on trial.

You’re right about congressional ‘retirements’.

Yep. Look as Jason Chaffetz. One minute he’s going after Hillary. The next minute he suddenly just resigns.

Indeed he should. Or just disbanded entirely, as they’re utterly corrupt.

And, no, I don’t buy the line of BS shoveled at us by Sean Hannity, etc. about how the “rank and file” FBI people are all fine, outstanding people who are terribly angry about the seditious SOBs running the show - if they’re admirable, they wouldn’t continue to WORK under those seditious SOBs, but EXPOSE them... and we’re not seeing that... are we?

NO, the admirable people at the FBI need to stay put and do their jobs and HELP US GET RID OF THE ‘KGB WANNABEE’ TYPES.

If they know of people who were working to overthrow a duly elected President they need to step up and tell us what they know, when they knew it, and how far it had spread.

Yes, there are good people in the FBI.

But so what? There are ‘good people’ in every thugocracy. I’m sure some of the people who worked under Stalin and/or Hitler were ‘good people’... What matters is ‘who’s running the place’... and if it’s a Stalin, or a Hitler or a McCabe - that’s the problem. Not if there are ‘good people’ in the ranks...

Good people in the FBI need to step forward - and tell the truth.

I must correct. There is no Senator Schiff. He is a Representative, now chair of the house judicial committee and ready to impeach, try and hang this President.

Says the bear.

Right.

I am so tired of hearing about all those “good” FBI types, witness Hannity, et al.

If they are that darn good, give us the details on what you know.

I find it so hard to process that my country now has a federal police force that can arbitrarily investigate citizens, based on nothing.

And then write a book about it.

Something wrong with this picture but I hope that this is beginning of throwing people under the bus that deserve to be there.

So Graham will “get to the bottom of it” regarding the McCabe book? Big whoop! Nothing will happen to these lawless people anyway. Look at Hillary’s illegal shenanigans and she’s free to enjoy her millions.

We used to worry about the few FBI files the Clintons had... what was it - - like 200 files or something?

Well the FBI has MORE FBI files than the Clinton's ever dreamed of...

I have ZERO faith in the integrity of the F B I bosses... If they could manipulate the situation to help a Hillary get elected - a woman who would reward them with money and power - they would do it.

There wasn't any principle involved in the FBI’s choice other than pure greed for power.

They were dirty cops - not "grease under the fingernails" dirty - but pus oozing out of every pore dirty...

Right, And Paul Ryan not only walks away from Speaker’s job, resigns completely from Congress and insures there will be no Dem Speaker (Jim Jordan) in 2019.

Also Trey Gowdy? Full of spit and fire and then ...nothing?
