Wouldn’t it have been great if Rush stuck around and sat on the Roundtable?

Who says the government, especially the educators in government, want them educated?

Indoctrinated? Yes. Propagandized? Sure! Shown pictures of polar bears on a tiny, melting ice floe and lie to the kids about how the bears are going to die? You bet! Told how evil and racist Republicans and conservatives are? White men? Christians? Oh, for certain! Taught how the founding of the United States was done to perpetuate the patriarchy and keep African-American people enslaved? Of course!

Educated and taught to think critically? NEVER!

Some might find this over the top, but every issue above has actually been taught to kids in this country. WORD.

Rush on the roundtable? They will NEVER let it happen. He would eat up Lane and Williams in less than a New York minute.

Broiling it can be a pain. I prefer to cook it on a skillet. Regardless of how you cook it, the ideal internal temp is 120 F. Do you have a quick read meat thermometer?

Yes. Here's one from CNN or MSNBC telling women how Trump is oppressing them and will grab them, well, you know...

Rush Limbaugh said this Friday in an answer to a caller who said he was lost faith in Trump because he signed this bill:
........................................................
Bill?

What “Bill”?

I’d picked up this thread this morning fully expecting a Mardi Gras parade of ‘rats/NeverTrumpers celebrating their giant Gotcha and what do I see?

Not

a

mention

So, I went digging.

First, according to https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-joint-resolution/31/text that bill still shows as “Sent to President” which would indicate to the casual observer that it HAS NOT been signed.

Or maybe somebody in Congress just wanted to kinda hide the whole thing until they figure their next play after Trump dropped this signing statement in their laps:

https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-joint-resolution/31/text

I’m not a lawyer but to these old eyes I can’t recall a more scholarly, nuanced and measured takedown of a bunch of pompous [BLEEPS].

Read through it yourself. Pass it along to your friends.

Have some popcorn handy when the lid comes off this thing.

...somebody named Pelosi might already be having seizures.

Well, not living in the perfect gardening spot in the world like you do, I can only grow Irish taters in the late winter/early spring.

The weather here gets too hot and humid by May and they’ll disease out by then.

So, planted 15/6 February = ready end of May. Any later and I’ll get potato marbles/golf balls.

Sweet taters get planted after the Irish ones are dug out.

Hell, I think it’s pretty remarkable that you can grow potatoes in Alabama.
BTW we all wind up with golf balls now and then. In my case after a cold shower!

Charles Lane...”it’s a little troubling that McCabe and Rosenstein were talking about what cabinet officers would dump Trump” . More strong condemnation to come from the left. HYPOCRITES

You must not have a sous vide rig. They are cheap today. Butter poached salmon with lemon and dill @ 120 for 20 minutes with the skin finished in blazing hot cast iron for 20 to 30 seconds. You will cry. I am not even going to mention how good your steaks can be or 48 hour brisket medium rare and tender as filet.

Get a sous vide rig. https://anovaculinary.com/what-is-sous-vide/

They should fire the top 5 levels of all the agencies in DC and start over with clear instructions it will happen to you if you head down this path.

McCabe should be in front of a firing squad rather a heroes tour.
