CPS is a totalitarian leftist entity, designed to destroy parental authority and promote collectivist agendas.
I would seek for any and all alternatives before calling such unelected tyrannical apparatchiks.
Anyway, if they have not gotten the memo yet, they eventually get it to exclude such from abuse.
