A second woman has come forward accusing Virginia Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax of sexual assault. In a letter from her lawyer, Meredith Watson claims she was raped by Fairfax in 2000, when they were both students at Duke University. The letter characterizes the alleged attack as “premeditated and aggressive.” “The two were friends but never dated or had any romantic relationship,” the letter says.

Fairfax is a communist traitor. However, he will get the benefit of due process, which he and his cohorts have tried to deny others, because that’s the rules. He doesn’t deserve it, but deserve has nothing to do with it.

I will withhold judgment on his guilt until someone can offer some proof.

As for whether or not he should resign...I’m in favor of all communist traitors resigning. This has nothing to do with the allegations against him.

All of that said....if the Dems destroy his career over baseless allegations I won’t feel sorry for him, even though I oppose such a thing.

The Democrats set themselves up as the morality police during the Kavanaugh debacle. In the process they created a new three part rule of due process - always believe the woman (regardless of the lack of evidence), dispense with the presumptions of innocence and reasonable doubt, and demand that once accused the defendant must resign any public office or withdraw from consideration for that office. The funny thing about due process is that it works only when applied uniformly to all. Now that Fairfax has been accused by these women the Democratic rule of due process can be satisfied only with his immediate resignation. Thus, the Democrats will reap what they have sown.
