The abortion clause of the US Constitution the SCOTUS enforces sure is tricky. Its to bad we don’t have a 10th Amendment to protect States Rights in matters where the Constitution doesn’t specifically empower the federal government.

How was RBG’s opinion?

Someone elses.....

The Quiji(sp?) board broke. So since she is in a deep coma, someone else is writing all the opinions for her.

Everytime one of GWB's mistakes comes back to haunt us, I think of his, his wife and the Jebster's expression when handed the letter at Poppy Bush's coffin dance.

Priceless.

Maybe he’s just a social liberal and we’ve been misled about who he was. As I recall, Bush appointed him because he had no record. We now know the Bushes are pro abortion.

When we replace RBG with Amy Coney Barrett, Republicans need to make a deal with Democrats

Help them get rid of Roberts & we'll give them Merrick Garland!

We need to teach these turncoat Republicans a lesson!!!

She hasn't been seen of heard from in 2 months, yet she votes.

Kinda makes you wonder about the timing of her so-called “theater visit” story.

I’m glad Bush won. He was better than Al Gore and John Kerry.

Bush was the best Democrat the Republicans ever elected...

Chief Justice John Roberts joined the court’s four liberals in putting a hold on the law, pending a full review of the case.

John Roberts... the Supreme Court’s own Jeff Sessions.

I wouldn’t read too much into Roberts having voted for staying the order and thus keeping the status quo ante (prior to the bew law) during the appeals process. It’s the kind of thing that he does all the time, even when he ultimately votes to uphold the new law. While you’re right that Roberts doesn’t enjoy overturning precedents as much as I would, please keep in mind that he voted to uphold a similar law less than three years ago despite such law creating much more of a “burden” on women seeking to kill their babies (because half of the state’s abortion doctors weren’t able to obtain admitting privileges at nearby hospitals and several abortion clinics woukd have had to close, while in Louisiana only like three abortionists haven’t been able to obtain privileges at nearby hospitals and no abortion clinics would have to close).

"The Left OWNS Roberts."

That may be truer then we think.. It seems like DNC may have info or even photos from his days at Harvard law school..
When he first nominated he seemed to be just what we needed.. He's turned out to be the proverbial Trojan Horse..

In NY now, abortionists don't even have to be DOCTORS.

Any old janitor with a clothes hanger will do.

John Roberts is a disgrace. Another in a long line of lawyers who deceived the Republican presidents who appointed them. https://t.co/HRZdx7193j— Mark R. Levin (@marklevinshow) February 8, 2019

W was a fake Texan.

He bought that ranch in Crawford (just down the road from me) shortly before running for president and then pretty much stopped using it after being president. (it was all for show)

The dude was a freaking yankee, posing as a Texan, and many of the things he did like appoint Roberts reflect that.

The left definitely has some dossier on Roberts. What did RBG do to cast her vote, blink twice?
