Let me be the first to state I love this president.
Thank you for what you’ve been trying to do Mr. President.
Back during the 2016 primaries, I had some folks tell me Trump was a bad choice. Their premise was that both parties would fight him. I told them I’d never seen it before. I was wrong.
That being said, I want to go on record as stating that nobody else would have revealed the Deep State to the degree President Trump has.
For the first time, even those who don’t follow politics that closely, can see that both parties have become one, and it’s essentially President Trump, the only one defending our nation.
Look, I know there are a few others, but they don’t have the power he does to protect us. And all too often they use their limited power to ankle-bite, criticize, and act as if they were so much more astute than our president.
I beg to differ.
President Trump, I’ll remember your efforts as long as I live. All the best to you.

The formal basis for the State of the Union Address is from the U.S. Constitution:
The President “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.” Article II, Section 3, Clause 1.
The constitutionally mandated presidential message has gone through a few name changes:
It was formally known as the Annual Message from 1790 to 1946.
It began to be informally called the "state of the Union" message/address from 1942 to 1946.
Since 1947 it has officially been known as the State of the Union Address.
Haven’t made up my mind if I can take seeing poohlosee making faces behind trump.

Great, thanks for posting that link. I know it’s always easy to find live events nowadays by just going to youtube.com and searching too. It’s nice to not have to hear a Dan Rather or Peter Jennings propagandize what we watch live.
